Today's typical broadcast studio at a Radio station consists of a console, microphones, computers, cd players and some even still use [link url=http://radio.about.com/library/bldef-5.htm]"carts"[/links].

Although more and more stations have switched over to completely digital operations, many still use CDs. It's unlikely too many actually use turntables or vinyl records anymore.
